主旨：有關臺灣地區美濃博士學人協會辦理「第一屆美濃映象微短片競賽辦法」實施計畫乙份，請鼓勵貴校學生參賽，請查照。

說明：

一、依據 114 年 2 月 8 日美濃博士學人協會字第 0114002001 號函辦理。

二、臺灣地區美濃博士學人協會為提升各地年輕學子對美濃這片土地豐厚之自然和社會人文之認識，激發影像創作的熱情、使命和能力，冀望透過影片的創造力、多樣性和影響力，達到全民美學素養的新里程碑。

三、旨揭計畫提供一個探索性及思考性的共創平台，支持並培養來自臺灣各地影視製作領域的新秀人才。為達到向下扎根，深耕影像創作之目標，爰積極鼓勵國中、高中年輕學子用新穎的影像思維來發揮創作。

四、請貴校鼓勵學生報名參賽。
