一、依據臺南市特殊教育地方輔導團設置及運作要點辦理。

二、為強化本市特殊教育地方輔導團課程發展與教學輔導工作，公開遴選具備特殊教育教學經驗與服務熱忱之優秀特殊教育人員，擔任本市特殊教育地方輔導團輔導員，協助提升教學及輔導效能。

三、旨案遴選作業重點說明如下：

    (一) 遴選資格條件：

           1 、具 3 年以上教學年資之編制內正式教師。

           2 、符合各該分團需求之教育專長及服務熱忱。

    (二) 推薦方式及期限：請有意願參與輔導員遴選之教師，經現職服務學校校長或幼兒園園長同意，備妥推薦表及相關佐證資料，於 114 年 5 月 30 日(星期五)前（以郵戳為憑）郵寄至臺南市政府教育局特幼教育科胡小姐收(地址： 708201 臺南市安平區永華路二段 6 號 4 樓)，郵寄封面請註明「特教地方輔導團遴選推薦資料」。

四、輔導員之權利：以部分時間擔任輔導員者，核予學校教師部分時間公假，及每週減授二至四節基本授課節數；核予幼兒園教師部分時間公假，及每週給予二至四小時公假及課務排代。
